Passport & Visa
Since MRW events are held in the European Union, no visa is required for travellers from a number of countries, including all European Union members, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Japan, Singapore, South Korea and the United States -> www.msz.gov.pl
Visitors from outside the European Union will need valid passports, visitors from the Schengen Area can use their national ID at EU border entry points (e.g. airports).
Visitors from other countries, including Ukraine, will need a visa to enter Poland. To obtain a visa, you should contact the local Consulate of the Republic of Poland in your country -> www.msz.gov.pl and submit a motion, appending an invitation letter from the organizers of the conference.
Invitation letters will be provided to participants only after registration as a MIKON/IRS delegate. Please contact secretarial staff -> [email protected] to obtain the invitation letter after your registration.
